Andrew Rojee is President at Staffordshire Development. He was formerly the Product Development Lead for Appliance Development Corporation in Danvers MA until their lab closure in 2022. He focuses on solving technical challenges to drive innovation and product solutions. Although he never pursued a formal degree in Engineering, Andrew has 4 years of education in electronics engineering, 7 years of manufacturing experience, and over 10 years of product design and development experience. Andrew currently has his name on 7+ patents. He has a proven track record in product development, taking products all the way from concept to manufacturing. Andrew's experience and skillsets help him create cost effective development programs that save clients time and money, while also providing valuable solutions for product functionality. Andrew has been involved in the development of a wide range of consumer, kitchen, home, and commercial products for both domestic and international markets. Andrew's areas of expertise lie in concept ideation of new technologies, rapid development of functional prototypes for idea validation, Solidworks modeling, team leadership, and test system design. Andrew has been a guest lecturer in various segments, from international companies to colleges and has provided consultation services to STEM focused schools.
